How Do I Create a Prep Guide For My Own Custom Programs?

If you have created a custom program, and want to create a Prep Guide to go along with it, you can quickly make your own blank template from any of our existing Prep Guides. Here's how:

When looking at any Template from the Templates tab, click on Prep Guide located under Attachments. The Guide will open up in Google Docs.

Within Google Docs: Click  File > Make a Copy.

Note: If you do not have a Google account, go to File > Download As > Microsoft Word

You've successfully created a copy of the guide.

Delete everything in the two right-hand columns entitled "Task" and "Notes".

Now you're left with a blank guide template that you can use to create your own custom Prep Guides.
