To filter recipes based on ingredients to include or exclude:

When viewing   Recipes  click the Filter button located near the top:

You'll be prompted by the "Filter" dialog. Select the ingredients you want to include in your search from the Include field. Similarly, the ingredients you want to exclude from your search should be selected from the Exclude field:

Note: You can add multiple inclusions and exclusions but they are treated as AND not OR. E.g. Include ingredients: "Plain Greek Yogurt", "Peaches" will be interpreted as "Plain Greek Yogurt" AND "Peaches"

When you're ready, click the  Filter Recipes button to generate your results:
