Why Aren't My Exports Being Delivered?
Depending on the recipient's email address, sometimes the message is marked as spam and doesn't successfully make it into your client's inbox. This is especially common when trying to deliver to emails with the following domains:
Note: Instead of emailing the export through our software you have the option to download it as a PDF. Once you've downloaded the file from our software, you can attach it to a message from with your preferred email client.
