How Do I Setup My Account?
When you first log in to That Clean Life, your Dashboard will display the Getting Started Checklist — a quick guided path designed to help you get oriented and start delivering nutrition plans to your clients with confidence.
Using the Getting Started Checklist

The checklist lives on your Dashboard and walks you through five key actions:
- Set up your profile — Add your branding, units of measurement, and default settings to personalize your experience and build trust with clients.
- Build your first meal plan — Create a customized plan to guide your clients with meals that support their health goals.
- Start your first collection — Organize recipes and plans into shareable collections for easy client access.
- Create your first custom recipe — Add your go-to meals with full ingredient lists and instructions to use across plans and collections.
- Share a meal plan with a client — Send a personalized plan to a client to support their journey and encourage follow-through.
Click any item in the checklist to be guided through that feature step by step. As you complete each one, the checklist will track your progress and tuck itself away once everything is done.

Updating Your Profile and Preferences Anytime
The Getting Started Checklist is designed to orient new users, but you can update your profile settings at any time. You can update your business branding, units of measurement, and other preferences at any time through your profile preferences — not just during initial setup.

Restoring the Getting Started Checklist

Completed the checklist and want to revisit it? No problem.
- Go to your profile Preferences.
- Update the Getting Started Checklist setting.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
- Return to your Dashboard — the checklist will be there waiting for you.
