If you would like to include a Prep Guide with a nutrition plan based off a Template, simply combine the two PDFs by following these simple steps:

Export both the Template and the Prep Guide as two separate PDF documents.

Visit the Merge PDF tool by the folks at Smallpdf:

Upload your Template nutrition plan first and your Prep Guide second, then click the Merge PDF! button:
