How Do I Rename a Plan?

To rename a plan, click on the ••• menu button when viewing the Planner. You'll be prompted by a context menu, click Edit plan:

You'll be prompted by the "Edit" dialog. Enter a new name into the "Title" field then click the  Edit plan button:
