How Do I Use Snippets?

Are you writing the same things over and over again in your Attachments or Exports? If so, you will love our Snippets feature. Snippets allow you to save frequently used blocks of text so you can quickly insert them into your content before creating an attachment or exporting.

Snippets are available when creating rich text Attachments and when adding a "Brief" from within the Export dialog. Here's a quick example of how to use a snippet when exporting:

From the Export dialog, click View all.

Choose your Snippet, then click Apply.

You will now see your Snippet inserted into the "Brief".
