How Do I Pause My Subscription?

You can pause your subscription any time without hassle or penalty through the Subscription area of your profile.

Note: Subscription pause is available only to Monthly Plus and Monthly Starter subscribers. Yearly subscribers do not need to pause, and will continue to have their data stored free-of-charge when canceling the annual subscription.

Pausing your Subscription

  1. After you have logged in to That Clean Life, click on your name in the top-right corner, then click on Your Profile.
  2. Click on the Subscription tab.
  3. Click on the Pause Subscription button. Note: This button is only available to monthly subscribers. Annual subscribers will continue to have their data stored free-of-charge when canceling the annual subscription.

  4. Let us know why you’re choosing to Pause your plan. Click the Pause subscription button.


  5. Your subscription details will update to confirm your data storage preference and you will receive an email to confirm the subscription change. If you do not receive a confirmation email please reach out to support@thatcleanlife.com.

Updating Your Billing Information for Your Paused Subscription

If you need to update your billing information while your account is paused, follow the steps below.
  1. Log in to That Clean Life.
  2. You’ll be brought to a page that says, “Your subscription is paused.” Click the “Update" button next to your Billing Information.


  3. Clicking this button will let you manage your saved payment method for your That Clean Life subscription. Click the +Add payment method button.

  4. After confirming your payment method details are entered accurately, ensure the checkbox "Use as default payment method" is checked.



  5. Click the "Add" button to save your new credit card details and update your billing information.

Reactivating Your Paused Account

  1. Log in to That Clean Life.
  2. You’ll be brought to a page that says, “Your subscription is paused.” Click the “Reactivate” button to resume your regular monthly subscription.

  3. Select your desired subscription plan. Your subscription details will be updated and you’ll receive an email confirmation.  If you do not receive a confirmation email please reach out to support@thatcleanlife.com.
