How Do I Pause My Subscription?

You can pause their subscription any time without hassle or penalty through the Subscription area of your profile.

Note: Subscription pause is available only to Monthly Plus and Monthly Starter subscribers. Yearly subscribers will continue to have their data stored free-of-charge when canceling.

After you have logged into That Clean Life, click on your name in the top right hand corner, then click on Your Profile.

Click on the Subscription tab.

Scroll down and click on the  Cancel Subscription button:

Select the reason "I'm taking a break but I'll be back". If you're on the Monthly Plus or Monthly Starter subscription, you'll be prompted to save your data for $10/mo. Select "Yes" and this will cancel your subscription while ensuring your data and content remain stored in our system.

Note: When your original monthly subscription expires and your account is paused, all shared links will be disabled and have their stats reset. This action is irreversible.

Your subscription details will update to confirm your data storage preference and you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation email please reach out to support@thatcleanlife.com.
